PNAO recognizes the need to support PNA citizens and nationalities who national tuna fisheries government departments employ by giving them access to training and educational opportunities to advance their abilities in a rapidly changing ecological, social, and economic context. This scholarship policy works towards that objective in the hope that it would increase the national capacity of PNA tuna fisheries employees by offering them an avenue for pursuing opportunities at regional levels. The PNA Scholarship Policy is appended below for more information.
