The 2nd PNA e-Reporting Workshop took place on 9 to 10 October 2025, at the PNA Office in Majuro, Marshall Islands. The VDS and Data Officers of the PNA+ National Fisheries attended, except for those from the Solomon Islands and Palau.

The Workshop aimed to enhance the completeness, accuracy, and overall quality of e-Reported tuna fisheries data collected by PNA from the fishing vessels. This data is essential for developing effective tuna management measures that ensure that the tuna stocks in PNA waters are maintained at sustainable levels for present and future generations.

During the two-day event, PNAO staff and PNA+ Data Officers discussed e-Reporting issues and collaborated to find practical solutions. The Workshop also provided an opportunity for Data Officers to address Industry challenges related to the use of PNA e-Reporting tools, which facilitate the timely collection of tuna fisheries data.

The Workshop concluded with an evening dinner hosted by the PNA Office, where the PNAO CEO, Dr. Sangaa Clark, expressed gratitude to the participants and congratulated them on a successful Workshop.
